Therefore, we are committed to advising and facilitating the creation of a "lawtech" startup, which will work in synergy with our law firm, enhancing the user experience in managing their assets.

Our goal is to develop a robust and intuitive platform capable of securely and intelligently organizing people's asset data. We seek to generate value and simplify the entire process of managing and transferring these assets, using technology and innovation to offer agility, simplicity, and modernity.

Although we do not yet have a fully defined business model, our startup intends to work on the following fronts:

Digital inventory platform: Developing an online platform that streamlines the inventory and sharing process, allowing users to register and maintain an up-to-date record of their assets. The platform will include features such as value analysis, document organization, and integration with tax and real estate registration systems.

Blockchain for property registration: Implementing a blockchain and smart contract-based solution for registering and transferring real estate properties and other assets, providing greater security, transparency, and efficiency in the process.

AI-based asset management: Creating a platform that uses artificial intelligence to help users manage and optimize their assets. AI will provide analysis and insights on asset allocation, succession planning, and tax strategies, adapting to changes in laws and market conditions.

We are forming a high-performance multidisciplinary discussion group to think dynamically and innovatively about the ideas, feasibility and scope of our project. Currently, we are looking for lawyers specialized in patrimonial law, data engineers and scientists, developers (backend, blockchain, frontend), UI/UX designers, database engineers, information security engineers, communication professionals and project managers with experience in agile development and design thinking.
